Graduated from ESJ, Lille, the most renowned journalism school in France in 2013, Lu has worked with many of the world’s largest broadcasters, most renowned production companies and global brands. In 2019, Lu founded Focus Film China, a creative video agency which later became official video vendor of UNICEF in China in 2021.
Mijie has collaborated with many Oscar and Emmy award-winning directors and producers, including documentary features, documentary series, commercials and fiction films.. Co-producer of American Factory, winner of the 92nd Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. Field producer of Ascension, which was shortlisted for Best Documentary Feature at the 94th Academy Award.
After finishing her master degree in University of Edinburgh (UK), Qi works as director for short documentaries, commercials, corporate videos. Qi has good connections with various Chinese media outlets such as CCTV, Phoenix Television, Tencent, TikTok, Aha, etc.
Graduated from ESJ, Lille, the most renowned journalism school in France in 2015, Mingmin has experience working for French media such as France Télévisions, Canal+ in France and various Chinese media such Tencent, Beijing News. Co-director of the documentary « L’or de la discorde », aired on ARTE and Al Jazeera.
Graduated from Paris 7 university in 2013, Di has since worked in multiple domains as a producer, from films to tv. Di is specialized in cultural and environmental projects..
Before joining Focus Film China, Hui WANG had been in journalism industry for more than 10 years. After graduating from Renmin University's School of Journalism and Communication with a BA degree, she worked for media outlets domestic and international, such as China News Agency, AFP, etc. She expertises in video journalism and short documentaries.
